Construction process of epoxy self leveling flat paint

1. The grassroots treatment ensures that the epoxy flooring has good adhesion to the ground. Make the epoxy floor form a good whole, use a dedicated polishing machine for epoxy floor to polish the floor as a whole, reduce local high points, and polish the surface layer to make it open and absorb the bottom layer.

2. Epoxy primer construction involves thoroughly mixing the epoxy primer and curing agent according to the specified ratio, allowing them to fully mature. Then, use a scraper or other specialized primer application tools to evenly coat the ground, forming a closed primer.

3. Epoxy mortar construction, epoxy mortar has the characteristics of good bonding strength, improved compression and wear resistance, and impact resistance. Its purpose is to provide a high-performance base layer for surface coating and the entire epoxy flooring system, while also leveling the ground. The epoxy mortar material and curing agent are fully mixed according to the prescribed ratio, and the parts with poor flatness are first locally leveled. Then, a trowel is used to evenly scrape and compact the ground.

4. Epoxy putty construction involves fine leveling of the ground to improve its flatness and strength. The epoxy putty and curing agent are mixed evenly according to the specified ratio, and then evenly scraped with a trowel to make the ground smoother.

5. Topcoat construction can increase the thickness of the floor, make the surface smooth, clean and beautiful without dust, and achieve a mirror effect. It is resistant to acid and alkali, oil stains, heavy pressure, and strong chemical resistance. The solvent-free epoxy topcoat is not thoroughly mixed according to the ratio to cure it to the standard for use. It is then scraped evenly with a self leveling special trowel, and the topcoat is left to form on its own.
